Gordon Oaks is organized and equipped to serve persons at all different levels of care, enabling residents to remain within the community as their abilities and health requirements may change over time. This allows residents to live at their highest level of independence, and receive the care best suited for their needs at the lowest cost.

Residents can move in both directions within the continuum. For example, if a resident of the Independent Living Apartments needs to recuperate from surgery, he or she can move to the Assisted Living Facility or the Healthcare Facility for the period of convalescence. Once well, the resident would then return to the area of care most appropriate for his or her needs.
